I am interested in starting a car subscription in Sydney and would like to clarify a few details regarding your terms and vehicle availability:
Excess Kilometres: If I exceed the weekly/monthly kilometre allowance included in my plan, how is the additional charge calculated? Is it a flat per-kilometre rate, and is the allowance averaged over the duration of the subscription?
Liability/Excess Reduction: What are the options for reducing the Damage Liability Cover (Insurance Excess)? Specifically, do you offer a "Zero Excess" or a "Reduced Excess" (e.g., $500) option, and what is the weekly cost for this?
Rideshare/Uber Use: If I decide to begin driving for a rideshare platform (like Uber) a few weeks into my subscription, is this permitted under a standard personal plan? If not, what is the process and cost difference to transition to a rideshare-approved plan?
Availability: 
Is this car immediately available?
Do you have any Toyota RAV4s (specifically Hybrids, if available) in stock? I am looking to begin the subscription between late March and early April.
